Dear Nigel

First, a belated thanks for the excellent windows your guys installed late last year. I've now got a painter doing them, but he accidentally let the windy/coil thing (I believe this is the correct technical term -- not) in the large central window of the bay become unsprung. He has a chippie for a brother in law, who says he can fix this (one of your guys left me the tool needed), but said chippie seems to think he needs to know which style/type of window this is, as he says there are different kinds that need different measures to fix. Does this make sense to you? Hope so! We can still get them closed, so no panic stations, but if you could help just email me or give me a bell. And thanks again. The windows are an endless source of delight for me.
